2. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. To file a counter-notice, you must provide a written communication that includes the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled (including the URL if available).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

3. Process After Receiving a DMCA Notice
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material in question about the removal or disabling of access to the material.
- Provide the user with the opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed in error.
4. Repeat Infringement Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, I.M. Lookout may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. If we receive multiple notices of infringement from a copyright holder regarding a particular user, we may suspend or permanently disable that user’s access to the Site.
5. No Liability for User-Generated Content
We are not responsible for the content posted by users on the Site. We only act as an intermediary for the distribution of content and do not have knowledge of, or control over, the content uploaded by users. However, once we are notified of infringing content, we will take steps to remove or disable access to it as required by the DMCA.
